For days filled with some wonderful sightseeing, hop in the car and head to the famous Land's End (36 miles), Britain's most south-westerly point, or head in the opposite direction to the magnificent Eden Project (26 miles) and explore the world's largest indoor rainforest. There is an abundance of beautiful traditional Cornish coves and villages to explore all around this property, from the stretches of idyllic beach at Holywell Bay (6 miles) to the fantastic restaurants and independent shops at St Agnes (4 miles) - furthermore, the stunning cathedral city of Truro is just 9 miles away and is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, or a few drinks with friends.

Absolutely stunning house. Everything has been thought of from a practical and looks pointvof view. Very well kitted out with equipment. A lot of thought has gone into having just the right sort of equipment. We did a "Come Dine" cooking type thing. I was doing something that involved whisking and so had someone else. We spent a fabulous week at Blue Bay.This house certainly has the Wow factor from the moment you walk in. All of the equipment in the house is top notch. We particularly enjoyed the cinema room, the giant spa and the steam room. We had a fabulous holiday at Blue Bay. The accomodation is beautifully spacious with facilities for all ages. It is close to the beach (note this requires walking up and down a hill). There were plenty of shops and eateries in Perranporth to cater for every need, we especially enjoyed the locally made ice cream. This was was our second stay at Blue Bay, we love it there. Its perfect for a large family, its a great place for both a restful holiday or a busy out and about break. The walk back up the hill can be a little challenging for some but there is a car park at the base of the hill which is cheaper than the beach car parks. The photos don't do this property justice, it's more impressive in real life. There is plenty of space for everyone & plenty to keep entertained. The views of the sea from the balcony are stunning, not too far to walk in to town but if you have older members in the family the walk back is quite a steep hill. Only negative was a call from owner on 2Read morend day, complaint to us about hot tub noise just after 10pm at Christmas, just kids & 3 day wait to get security deposit back would expect 24 hours Hide

The place feels like home as soon as you arrive and the location is brilliant for beach walks. Only about 20mins from what seemed like everywhere we wanted to drive to. The kitchen is well equipped for dinners in or the cinema room is large enough with great entertainment system for a takeaway. Didnt get around to using the hot tub so cant comment Read morebut looked huge. Would highly recommend staying here. Lastly I left a top in the wardrobe and the owner straight away offered to send it back. Hide

Chose this house for our 30th wedding anniversary with our grown up children. It more than fulfilled our wishes for a perfect holiday home. Everything we wanted and more was there, we particularly enjoyed the cinema room and the younger people the jacuzzi! An amazing house in a beautiful location. Out of the hub of the village but close enough to walk to amenities and the beach. Good eateries nearby and plenty to do in the area. We loved our stay here and have already booked to stay here again next year.

We were supposed to use Blue Bay in 2020 but due to government restrictions we couldnt, so we delayed our 60th birthday family get together till 2021. The house was perfect for us, lots of room, 4 big bedrooms and a great living space with amazing views of the beach. The house is extremely well equipped, and furnished to a very high standard. Our gRead morerandchildren wore themselves out running round the house and in the massive hot tub. A great holiday was had by all in a fantastic house, thank you. Hide
