A stunning inverted, four-bedroom property in a complex of six converted former barns. Close to the south coast of Cornwall with its fishing villages and beaches. Just 2 miles from the quintessential Cornish town of Looe, this beautifully presented property sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The house’s large open-plan living arrangement is great for entertaining and makes group getaways with families or friends easy and enjoyable. The other five properties on this traditional farmland can also be rented, ideal for guests looking for an even larger group break. This property is well located to explore this area of Cornwall, and there will be something for every member of the party.

The house has so much character, and retains much of its original features from when it was a farm barn. The exterior has stunning stone and brickwork, while inside there are exposed beams and wooden windows. The bedrooms of this property are all located on the ground floor, there are two doubles and two twin rooms as well as an en-suite and separate family bathroom, which means you’ll never be fighting for a shower. One of the bedrooms has an external door leading to the lovely patio area, which is a great suntrap and has stunning views across the farmland. Upstairs, the lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan, with plenty of seating for all guests, and tonnes of surface and cupboard space in the kitchen to store everything you will need while on your holiday. The nearest pub is 2 miles away and the beach can be reached in less than 0.5 miles.

Travel the 2 miles to the town and experience quality restaurants, pubs and plenty of independent shops. You can also enjoy a boat trip, fishing trip or leisurely jaunt on a glass bottom boat. Looe Monkey Sanctuary cares for rescued monkeys and is a great family day out. If you are the active kind, head the 6 miles to Adrenalin Quarry that boasts the longest zip wire in England. There are plenty of other activities here too such as an aqua park, racetrack and axe throwing. The superb and popular Eden Project is a little further afield from the property at 25 miles but is well worth a visit for all the family.

We stayed in the Hayloft for a week in September. The pictures on the website are nice, but they don't do it justice. The cottage had everything we could possibly need. Even down to some thoughtful gifts. Kate was a lovely host, welcomed us on arrival and departure, and left us to enjoy her lovely cottage. The communal grounds are kept well, and arRead moree so pretty. The weather for us was stunning so we enjoyed a few G&Ts, looking over the beautiful countryside. We could not have enjoyed it more! Great cottage, really practical, open plan living area, lovely grounds, beautifully maintained, very good location. Owners were really friendly and helpful as well. Polperro near by is one of the most beautiful places I've visited in the UK. Great holiday had by all.
