This beautiful detached property set in the Cornish countryside is full to the brim with touches and home comforts, making a perfect family getaway. Based within a 3-mile drive of the beach and nestled in the countryside, groups of up to ten can relax here in true country style. Relax with loved ones across five spacious, thoughtfully presented bedrooms. Walkers can enjoy a range of stunning coastal paths, or you can explore the many Cornwall towns within easy reach. Special gatherings and parties can be held in style, with the uninterrupted seclusion of the large private lawn in the garden giving plenty of relaxation space.

Dropping coats off in a spacious hallway, holidaymakers will find a choice of places to hunker down. There are two generous lounges, and both feature ample, cosy seating and wood burners. Get lost in front of the TV/DVD in one lounge, or laze on the pretty bay window seat in the other with a good book. A large formal dining room is the ideal venue for special family meals, while informal catchups can be had in a pleasing wood featured breakfast room. The modern kitchen has a large electric range double oven and hob, and a neighbouring utility room offers two fridge/freezers. A convenient shower room with WC and clothes drying area is on this floor, as well as another WC down the hall, making the property ultra-convenient. At the end of a long day's adventures, retire upstairs to the beautiful and spacious bedrooms. Choose from two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, a further king-size room, and a twin. Relax in the separate bathroom with roll-top bath. Up more stairs, find a lovely attic twin bedroom resting in the eaves. Outside at the rear, a well-equipped games room provides more hours of fun for the family regardless of weather. Just over 1 mile away is a popular 13th century pub and gorgeous tea rooms. For walking enthusiasts, the South West Coastal Path leads from here to the unique ‘Hawker's Hut' clifftop. The surfer's haven of Bude and the rugged coastal town of Hartland with its famed abbey are both 7 miles away. A wide range of golden sandy beaches abound, and sleepy fishing villages such as Boscastle are within 20 miles. Clovelly (11 miles) makes for a great family day out with its quaint cobbled streets and The Milky Way Adventure Park.

The property was lovely. It was very well equipped in a brilliant location. We were welcomed to the property by Michelle and Sean, who gave us a quick tour before leaving us to explore everything. The pictures dont do the house justice, its much larger in person and ideal for large groups/familys. We stayed here for Xmas 2024, very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and 3 dogs ... The games room was used alot with my 21 year old son and we did dip in the hot tub a couple of times. The garden is not really secure for dogs if they are young and agile so kept on leads. Would definitely recommend this home

This beautiful property is in a great location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. It is the best equipped property we have ever stayed in. Everything has been thought of! Three generations, 6 adults and 3 teenagers & a 10 year old had one of our best holidays ever in St David's House. We appreciated everything the house and garden offered, especially the seating outside with the sunshade as the weather was glorious, house stayed cool. Hot tub was a great hit.
