This smart three-storey property was only completed in 2017. The décor is clean and fresh, making for a calm, relaxing ambience. The light and airy kitchen/diner is perfect for large family get-togethers, and with bifold doors leading to an adjacent conservatory, offers a fabulous space for eating, drinking and socialising together. The dining room has a relaxed feel, with a smart, picnic-style table, ideal for relaxed family meals. After eating, stroll into the conservatory and soak up the warm evening light with a post-prandial drink while the children play outside, or retire to the sofas in the spacious and comfortable lounge and enjoy a family film together. Upstairs on the first floor you will find three lovely bedrooms, a double, a twin, and a further double with an en-suite. There is also a large family bathroom. The golden sands of Westward Ho! beach (1 mile) offer everything from surfing to sandcastles. Enjoy a family walk exploring the beautiful Northam Burrows Country Park (1 mile), where you can spot a whole host of wildlife, from wading birds to wild ponies. For family entertainment, visit The Big Sheep (3 miles) in nearby Bideford, with indoor play areas, animals to meet and rollercoasters to ride, or The Ultimate Adventure Centre, where you can experience climbing, coasteering, high ropes and more.

Lovely property, spacious, well appointed and with everything you need. Parking can sometimes be an issue with some properties but Cima Vista was great with off road parking for up to four cars. Lovely views, particularly from the master bedroom balcony. Games room a real bonus.

This is a fabulous home, we all had a great time. Spanning 80 to 10 years old. The games room is a great space. Great location and fabulous views - especially from the upstairs balcony. Lovely owners who were helpful and responsive. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time and make memories.

A lovely home from home, which suited 3 generations of our family well with babies through to grandparents, as well as 2 dogs! Hosts were welcoming but not intrusive and were quick to reply and deal with our queries. The house is very well resourced and the games room was very much enjoyed by the younger members of the party. We thoroughly enjoyed Read moreour stay, despite the unpredictable weather. A very pleasant place to stay. Close to all amenities, Very Clean, and Spacious. Suited all age groups ( Teens to Grannies in our case) . Quiet neighbourhood. Good Parking on site. Games Room was Excellent. Had lots of fun. Owner was very nice to us.

Had a really lovely week celebrating my husbands 70th. Lovely property as could sleep the whole family. Games room definitely a bonus particularly for the bad weather days. Balcony on master bedroom stunning views & perfect for a drink before going out. Bit too windy most of our visit but we persevered.

We had a wonderful holiday at Cima Vista. The games room is the best we've encountered anywhere - absolutely brilliant. The house itself was fab - plenty of space and everything you need.
