RELAXING: Three lovely rooms; a more formal drawing room, with open fire, elegant furniture and a cosy atmosphere, a cosy den, with huge sofa, large tv, dvd, and Sky Sports and a large glass conservatory which houses a corner sofa and wood burning stove.
STAYING CONNECTED: Wi-fi throughout, can be patchy, so computer points in every room. Patchy mobile signal, land line available.
BATHING: Three beautiful bathrooms and one downstairs loo: en-suite with roll top bath, double basin and loo. Two upstairs bathrooms with roll top baths, showers, basins and loos.
OUTSIDE: Remote and beautiful location, with private grounds, trampoline, swing ball and sledges available (at own risk). Garden furniture and gas barbeque available in summer months. In the winter months it could be muddy and this needs to be considered when driving on the track leading to the property. Please note: to ensure the extensive gardens are well maintained for your enjoyment, the gardener may be on site working during the week
ACCESS: Due to the rural location guests are advised to use a large vehicle or 4x4 if arriving in October and up to the first week in April. The barn has a long farm driveway, which will get muddy in bad weather, so it's best to pack the wellington boots for opening the gate on arrival.
