This stunning listed property promises a truly unique and unforgettable stay.

Based in the quintessential village of Frampton-on-Severn, this superb holiday home is Grade I listed and oozing with grandeur. Elegantly perched on what is arguably the largest village green in England, the property offers sleeping space for up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Boasting enchanting interiors, beautiful surroundings, and a proud heritage, it is the ideal setting for large groups seeking a unique base to celebrate special occasions. You’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from the hand-painted decor and vivacious atmosphere, but the village offers a tempting distraction with its two pubs, cafe, and pretty shops.

Beneath the impressive ‘strawberry hill’-style gothic architecture is a fabulous interior made up of exquisitely decorated and immaculately furnished rooms, each one with unique flair. Sink into the comfortable sofas of the living room with a glass of something fizzy and delicious in hand, marvelling at the views across the grounds and indulging yourself with a fireside snooze. Meals are a glamorous affair in the dining room thanks to the added appeal of period furniture and an ornate fireplace. Due to the structure of the building, many of the rooms are octagonal in shape, including the grand hallway with its cantilevered stone spiral staircase at its centre. This leads upstairs to two bedrooms, each one gracefully dressed in the finest linen. Downstairs, two sunny bedrooms, one reached via the other, will prove just as irresistible after a long soak in the indulgent free-standing bath in the family bathroom. The manicured lawn is an idyllic spot for a leisurely picnic, or sizzle up something special on the BBQ for delicious suppers alfresco. There’s ample parking, and the centre of the village is easily reached within 0.5 miles.

Nature lovers will relish the opportunity to explore Westonbirt Arboretum 15.5 miles away, and Slimbridge Wetland Centre is also within 6.5 miles.

Stunning property, secluded, magical, full of character. Spotlessly clean and provided everything you need to cook for 8 and more. The best stocked kitchen we have ever found when renting for a large group. The owner was so accomodating and arranged for the lovely house keeper to put up some decorations we sent for my daughters 18th, even a surprisRead moree cake! They couldn't have been more helpful. We really cannot fault this place, it's a one of a kind experience. Hide

The Orangery is a unique place to stay and somewhere very special, steeped in history. If you can arrange a trip around the nearby Frampton Court, it's well worth a visit to learn more about the 900 years of family history in the 2 buildings. 2 pubs, a local well stocked shop and lots of walks, makes this a great location. I'd happily revisit!

It was an amazing cosy place to stay in lovely surroundings. As a group of mums we very much appreciated the little touches such as the fresh flowers in all the room and the Victoria sponge was delicious.

Lovely property, quite quirky but really lovely to stay at. Loved the open fire. Lovely village location with village green, 2 local pubs. Visited the Bell inn and food was great. Made friends with the duck's from the lake. They came to visit most days. All in all a great place to stay.
