Ten minutes from the centre of Dartmouth and award-winning Blackpool Sands beach, Western Waters is an imposing and substantial house, overlooking a lake and pretty valley. The rooms are light, white and bright inside, and feel large and uncluttered. The house works well both in winter and summer, having an indoor heated pool as well as two acres of well-tended, poppy- and rose-filled gardens which are a joy to sit out in.
Location
A rural, country lane setting, five minutes' drive from the centre of Dartmouth (shops, restaurants, pubs etc). Ten-minute drive from Dartmouth Golf and Country Club.

Accommodation
The hub of the house is a large, open plan sun lounge/kitchen/breakfast room, with a glass conservatory sitting area, fully windowed down one side with beautiful countryside views. The kitchen has new wooden units and a pale ceramic tiled floor. It's fully equipped with electric hob, double oven, fridge, dishwasher etc. The utility room has a fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also on the ground floor is a dining room with double glass doors onto a terrace, a wet room, and the main sitting room which has feature fireplaces, a gas coal-effect fire and a TV, DVD player and satellite TV.
A separate 'wing' on the first floor has a TV room/sitting room with a double sofa bed, TV and DVD player, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms consist of a master room with a six foot canopy bed and ensuite bathroom; a bunk bed room; and a further ensuite double. There's also an extra shower room up here.
The gardens have mature shrubs and trees and plenty of outdoor furniture.
