Property description
Villa Frances V is brand new, beautifully furnished, private detached house in the village of Pervolia in southern Cyprus. With a sweeping drive, a sunbathing roof terrace with sofas and glorious mountain views, a leafy garden and a shaded spa pool surrounded by palm trees, this is a peaceful and private holiday venue for a big group of up to 12.
Inside, the house is light, airy and spacious, especially within the internal garden area. This measures 2x2 metres, and has fresh flowers and a special glass roof, and is a wonderful place to sit and read.
The villa has five double bedrooms on the first floor, three with ensuite bathrooms, and all with balconies and air-conditioning. A further ensuite double room on the ground floor is available upon request.
The house can be hired on a self-catering basis (with maid, butler and chauffeur included) or on a fully catered basis with an in-house chef.
In addition there is a large, main bathroom, a massage and beauty room, an open plan sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 and a laundry room. The sitting room has plenty of sofas, in addition to those up on the roof. After all, in Cyprus the hot weather begins in April and lasts until well into October!
Location
It is less than five minutes’ drive to the pretty village square in Pervolia, which over the last few years has become a tourist attraction with its ice cream shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, church, live music, banks etc. Also five minutes away is the best local beach in Larnaca (Pharos). It is seven minutes to the new Larnaca airport, and 15 minutes to the blue flag beach of Larnaca. If partying is your idea of fun, then Aya Napa resort is half an hour away. A large car is provided for guests’ use (with chauffeur).

Accommodation
The best words to sum up Villa Frances V are modern, minimalist, sunny, chic, expensive and relaxing. The house is light and airy throughout, and enjoys a cool breeze from the sea throughout the summer.
The in-house cook will prepare your meals, the maid will clean, and the butler will do any chauffeuring and odd jobs.

Area
Most guests spend a great deal of time either relaxing around the house, enjoying the most secluded beach in Larnaca (a few minutes away) or exploring Larnaca itself, which has a promenade, a big beach, designer shops and good restaurants.
At weekends, you’ll find live, traditional Cypriot music in Pervolia.
Further afield, there are wonderful days out to be had, including a drive into the Troodos Mountains for gorgeous scenery and restaurants, and beautiful walks on the Akama Peninsula in the north west.
