Watercombe Farm, is a large farmhouse located in the beautiful East Devon countryside, looking down through the Combe valley to the Jurassic Coastline at Branscombe. It is idealy located in great countryside, just 1 mile from the beach, although has direct access to the A3052 East Devon coast road, with travelling times from London of around 2.5 hours using the nearby A303.

Watercombe Farm has large grounds for you to explore and enjoy and has many great walks in the local area, perfect for exploring the Jurassic Coastline.

Lounge, a very open plan room, joining the dining room, with walk around double sided fireplace. Views over the rear garden and decking and over the rear fields, with conservatory. woodburner, television.Kitchen, adjoing the dining room with great views over the fields and the distant sea, large open living space. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 oven Aga, electric single oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave.

Dining Room, double aspect views towards the sea and fields at the rear of the property, large dining table, with doors opening out onto the rear decking overlooking the garden.

Utility Room, space for coats and boots etc, with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink/drainer.

The swimming pool is located inside the the main house and is accessed via bedroom 8. The pool is heated to a year long constant temperature of approximately 82`F. The pool is approximately 21`x11` and has a constant depth of 4`, in metric 6.4m long x 3.4 wide x 1.25m constant depth.
