Sign up for a group surf lesson with the well-regarded surf school, dip your toes in the tidal pool or get competitive on the mini-golf course.
Formerly two separate cottages that have now been converted to create a large detached dwelling, your rural retreat boasts spacious rooms with many retained original features and a wealth of charm throughout. With two separate relaxing lounges, both with impressive Inglenook fireplaces housing cosy wood burners, spend the evenings enjoying quiet conversation in front of the flickering flames or watching TV. One of the lounges has a PlayStation games console giving younger guests hours of entertainment on rainy days. The generous kitchen/diner is a sociable space with a comfortable sofa allowing guests to sit and chat while you take turns to prepare meals. You’ll find everything you need to cater for a large party or create a memorable meal for a special occasion. Gather around the large centrally positioned dining table to share meals and lively conversation. When it’s time for bed, there are six comfortable bedrooms within the property, two of which can be found on the ground floor. For your convenience, there are two shower rooms as well as a family bathroom. Stepping outside, there are two patio areas for BBQs and al fresco meals. To the front of the cottage is a large enclosed garden with wooded areas and a climbing frame with slide and swings, perfect for younger guests to burn off energy while the adults relax.
