The Villa is a former merchant's palace, built in the 17th century and restored to its former glory with all the mod-cons. It covers more than 500m2 with extensive back and front gardens and it is only 60 steps from the sea. It has amazing sea or mountain views from every bedroom, two spacious living rooms and 2 kitchens. The stone walls are exposed and work well with contemporary and comfortable furnishings throughout the house. The front garden is sea facing with
amazing views and has paved areas with loungers and outdoor eating areas as well as an outside shower.
There are 9 double bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and 1 bedroom shares an en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom is set up as either a double or twin bedroom and there is one triple bedroom. Some beds are twin which can convert into a super king size bed, some are with a double and a single bed and there are 2 bedrooms with 2 king size beds each.
If there are families with children there are enough beds to sleep 25 in beds and also 2 additional sofa beds in a TV room and one of the living rooms.
All the bathrooms are modern and 2 of them have baths with overhead showers while the other bathrooms have shower enclosures.
