The interiors were created by a local designer, and showcase vintage style, modern layouts, and quirky colour schemes. Enter up a set of external stairs to find the second-floor apartment. The heart of this space is a huge open-plan living area, with bi-fold doors that open out onto a balcony, overlooking the sea. The room fills with light and the whole space is arranged for enjoying each other's company, with a breakfast bar beside the kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge area beside the TV. The balcony might be the best bit — with its own eating area and astonishing views. There are also three bedrooms in this apartment, including a master with an en-suite and more bi-fold doors so you can step right out into the fresh air in the morning. The first-floor apartment is just as special, with another open-plan living space, comfortable sofas, and a dining table overlooking the beach. The first-floor kitchen means there'll never be too many cooks on your trip. Open the balcony doors to bring the sea air in as you unwind. There are another three bedrooms in this apartment, each with nautical decor and a restful ambience. Finally, head out of the first floor to your large balcony, where a hot tub and BBQ create a party atmosphere to make your neighbours jealous.

You don't have to journey far to start enjoying the Devon scenery. Head down to Woolacombe Beach, just half a mile from your door. With sandy coves, rugged cliffs, and typical seaside attractions, this is your very own slice of the North Devon coast. Take the South West Coast Path to stretch those legs — it's a breathtaking walk along the dramatic shoreline. Or, head 8.5 miles along the coast to Saunton Sands, a great place to learn to surf or simply to bask in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you fancy taking in some local history and adventure, pack up your troupe and head to Watermouth Castle — it's a 19th-century house built to resemble a castle and is now home to a family theme park.

Fantastic house. Views are unbelievable. Lots of steps but we were ok. We had a two year old with us and was safe for her to run around the enormous patios. House had everything we needed. Hot tubs were top quality. No problems at all.

The property was wonderfully maintained and all amenities were provided. Both apartments are in a beautiful location looking over Woolacombe, just a short walk down to the beach and town.

Wonderful apartments in a beautiful setting. You will never tire of the amazing view. The apartments have everything you need including a hot tub. In walking distance to the beach and the small town. The whole family had a wonderful time, thank you so much.
