A large, white, homely house for twelve in a fabulous North Devon location, with far-reaching views over Braunton Burrows, Saunton Golf Club, sand dunes and the waves beyond.
A pathway leads directly from the house to a great surfing beach – within ten minutes you can be walking along soft sands. Also within walking distance is a beach shop and cafe, as well as the Saunton Sands Hotel where you can have an evening drink, a meal and use the leisure facilities. This house may not be for those who seek chic minimalism, but it&\#39;s cosy, comfortable, incredibly relaxing and in a location that brings the best of North Devon to the doorstep.
The accommodation consists of the main part of the house sleeping eight, and a separate annexe apartment sleeping four. The house retains much original charm and is decorated in comfortable, traditional seaside style, with oak flooring and views reminiscent of an Enid Blyton adventure.
There are six bedrooms altogether: three doubles (one with balcony area), two twins and a bunk bed room. Guests share one bathroom and one shower room. There are three loos altogether.
The kitchen/breakfast room is a sunny, modern room with a tiled floor, a range cooker and full cooking equipment and utilities (washing machine, tumble dryer etc) for a large group. The kitchen table seats four, the dining room table eight. The large living room has cheerful red and blue sofas and armchairs, a plasma TV with Freeview and a DVD player. On summer days, your guests can spill out into the enclosed garden with its patio, seating and covered pond.

Guests may play at Saunton golf club, subject to space on the green.
Less than 10 minutes' drive is the quaint village of Braunton; and the regional town of Barnstaple is a 15 minute drive away. Here you'll find a range of high street shops, restaurants, cinema, a theatre, leisure facilities and a weekly Pannier Market.
