Minehead, a 10-minute drive away provides a wider variety of shopping options including larger supermarkets. The property is located just a short distance from the M5 motorway so there are plenty of opportunities to visit larger attraction within the area and is it easily accessible.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Porlock Hall is perfect for walking and you can join the South West Coast Path within 20-minutes from the property. The private lane from the hall also leads directly into the woods of the Holnicote Estate, part of the National Trust, as well as other sceninc paths and trails available straight from the halls doorstep.

Stroll down to the coast within 5-minutes from Porlock Hall with wonderful coastal views as you work your way down to the water. Pass through the chocolate-box village of Bossington with its pretty tea rooms and thatched cottages and you’ll be right by the beach. You can walk all the round the bay on the shingle bank to Porlock Weir, where you can enjoy local oysters at the café or pop into Exmoor Glass to witness the craftsmen blowing beautiful creations.
