These newly converted semi-detached barns have been finished to a high standard and are set within the courtyard of a working farm, surrounded by countryside. Situated just a mile from the village of Kilkhampton with a choice of two traditional inns, village stores and takeaways, or just a 10 minute drive is the seaside town of Bude; you are perfectly located for a great family holiday.

The accommodation is spacious and offers SIX bedrooms: upstairs, equally divided on either side of the house and accessed via separate staircases, 2 double rooms both with flatscreen TV, en-suite shower room and WC, 1 further double and 3 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: 2 separate bathrooms with shower over bath and WC. Additional downstairs WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge has three large sofas, TV, DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. The large dining area leads into additional lounge seating for those who wish to simply relax and unwind. Well-equipped kitchen with Rangemaster electric cooker, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: private decked area with seating and BBQ.

Outside: watch the ponies in the owners paddock and help to feed with the owner's permission or alternatively stroll along the farmland path which is a beautiful walk across the fields with stunning views across to moorland. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 3 miles, shop and pubs 1 mile.

Bude boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities to choose from. The North coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages such as Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac and many family attractions within driving distance including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park or locally why not explore Tamar Lakes with a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.
