Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England

Number 14 is a magnificent, Grade II listed Regency townhouse, situated in a prestigious terrace in the heart of Cheltenham. It allows a large group to enjoy elegant city living, enjoying beautiful reception rooms, cool White Company style décor and wonderful views over Montpellier Gardens. Individually designed, the house is homely and welcoming. The house sleeps eight, and can be combined with The Maisonette, a traditional, well-appointed, split-level apartment at the top of Number 16 (next door).

Number 14 has four kingsize double/twin bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite), a formal dining room, a large kitchen/diner, a drawing room, a utility room and a downstairs cloakroom, all spread over three floors. The Maisonette has two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a sitting room and a kitchen/diner. The properties sleep 12 altogether.

Whether you wish to stay in Cheltenham for a few nights or several weeks, this venue makes an ideal base for attending Cheltenham's festivals and race meetings, exploring the Cotswolds or simply enjoying the town's shops, restaurants and bars. It is also the perfect accommodation solution for special occasion gatherings.

Number 14 has good sized Regency rooms with original features and high ceilings, giving a light, airy and spacious atmosphere throughout the house. The décor is elegant and classical in style using Farrow & Ball paint, silk curtains and beautiful, top quality, neutral furnishings. Furniture is mainly antique, sourced locally.

The Maisonette is a Regency apartment, with original features and wonderful views. It feels cosy but is also light and spacious, and similarly decorated. It is spread over two levels, with a large master bedroom on the top floor and the rest of the apartment below, including a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms comprise three twin or kingsize double rooms and one super kingsize double in Number 14; and two twin or kingsize double bedded rooms in The Maisonette. All beds are Vi-Spring.
