Every inch of this grand listed house has been immaculately styled making it a real treat for a group on a special occasion - with the added bonus of fabulous views over Hastings and the ocean, and a location that's top-notch.

Kids will be in heaven as you enter the L-shaped lounge and discover the projection TV screen around the corner, with Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. Leave them to get that going while you head downstairs to the kitchen. A separate dining room with a round table to seat 12 and a lovely bay window is perfect for getting everyone together, and the kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a feast too – with a range-style oven and industrial dishwasher, as well as a table with stools and a further storage area with a second sink. Outside, the courtyard garden and soothing water feature is a great place to relax, with another large table and lighting so al fresco dining can go on even after the sun sets. The stylish bedrooms are spread over three floors, with several configurations available depending on your group set-up. Two of the lavish bedrooms feature roll-top baths for the ultimate in relaxation and stunning sea views. To the front of the house, the pretty courtyard garden is a real sun-trap and with the exposed brickwork and iron railings, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were basking on the continent as you sip your morning coffee.

A very beautiful house which is extremely well equipped. The only downside is the lack of parking outside. The position within Hastings was excellent and the comfort of the beds etc was very good.

The house is beautiful, the detail that has gone into the design is so apparent and runs through every floor. It pretty much has everything for 10 people which was great for us as a family holiday and the location is excellent. I can recommend Bells bike hire in Hastings and we had the most amazing meal at Farmyard in St Leonards. Thanks for a great stay! Hide
