Lounge: large with 50" flatscreen TV, DVD, SkyTV, oak floor and adjacent conservatory with seating. Kitchen/diner: large and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: leading from the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. Further large fridge/freezer in out building. Outside: large garden with seating and moveable BBQ.

These include historic Plymouth, The National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, The Tate Gallery at St Ives and the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth. In the evenings enjoy the lovely sunsets directly from the garden, stroll the beach, relax in the conservatory or enjoy a BBQ.
