Authentically styled, yet exceptionally modern in its presentation, Finca Ibiza is both appealing in its design and location. Brimming with all the charm of a traditional Spanish finca it’s conveniently located near the popular resort of Santa Eularia, a mere 2k from Cala Llonga beach and not far from the island’s capital Eivissa.

The property’s interiors are an artful mix of contemporary minimalism meets the Ibiza bohemia – peaceful and zen-like, warm, stripped-wood furniture sits alongside polished cement and other raw materials to create a scheme that’s simple, inviting and luxurious.

Finca Ibiza sleeps ten across five bedrooms with the sleeping arrangement as follows: On the upper floor sits the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet) along with access to the terrace and boasting incredible sea views. This floor also houses two twin rooms, both with en-suites and a dormitory style room with two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite shower room.

On the ground floor, there is also an independent studio with double bed and en-suite shower room. This features its own private terrace area, again boasting wonderful views.

The communal space in Finca Ibiza offers plenty of scope to spend time together – with an abundance of comfortable seating and a large dining table all set within the same space, the villa’s state-of-the-art kitchen is also located within the open plan living area – making it a lovely area to socialise in.

Venture outside and enjoy an inviting space for rest and relaxation. A large pool with lounging area and sheltered patio with BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining, is set within a lush Mediterranean garden.

SLEEPS 12: 5 bedrooms; 1x en-suite king size, 1x ground floor en-suite double, 2x en-suite twins, 1x dormitory-style en-suite bedroom with 2x bunk beds.

COOK + DINE: Fully equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. External catering can be arranged. Gourmet food basket on arrival.

RELAX: Living area with soft seating opening onto an outdoor furnished terrace.

BATHE: 5 bathrooms; 4x en-suite shower rooms, 1x en-suite bathroom. Towels are provided. Toiletries in the bathrooms.

OUTSIDE: Large garden with surrounding vegetation including palm trees and lemon trees. 12x5 metre swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture. BBQ and on-street parking available.

TECH: Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, air-conditioning.

PLAY: Boules pitch.

PETS: No pets.

VENUE HIRE: Corporate events can be arranged for up to 15 people. This venue does not cater for weddings.

LOCAL AREA: Finca Ibiza is located on the east coast of the island, around 6km from Santa Eularia, where you will find little shops and quaint restaurants. There is also a nearby market, a 10-minute drive away which is ideal for picking up fresh and local produce. Cala Llonga beach is great for family trips to the seaside with its fine sand and water sport opportunities and is 2km from Finca Ibiza. If you’re after an excellent fine-dining experience, the renowned Can Domo, one of the islands most popular rural restaurants is only 2km from the villa.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: The coastal area around Finca Ibiza has plenty of creeks and idyllic beaches to explore and discover, making it perfect for lazy beach days and games on the sand with the kids. Keen golfers can enjoy 2 golf courses nearby, a 9-holer and an 18-holer.

Elvissa, the capital of Ibiza is 10km from Finca Ibiza and provides a great selection of bars, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. There are small boutiques to explore and high-end fashion stores, plus great art galleries and museums within the city. Make sure you relax and watch the yachts along the marina with a cold sangria, or take an Ibiza Food Tour where you will sample wonderful tapas and pastries complemented with different wines and liquers, plus learn about Ibiza culinary history.
