Situated in one of North Cornwall's most picturesque areas, designated as one of 'outstanding natural beauty' this detached cottage nestles in large enclosed lawn gardens with far reaching panoramic views over open fields to the sea beyond at Porth Mear and Park Head.

The spacious accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with TV, en-suite shower room and WC. 1 double bedroom with children's bunk bed and 1 further double, which can be reached from one side only.

Downstairs offers a bedroom with 2 4'6" doubles and an en-suite shower room with WC. Bathroom: family size with WC, situated upstairs. Lounge: with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and open fire. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Conservatory with fantastic views. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden, patio seating and BBQ.

Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Dogs welcome.

In the small hamlet of Engollan, walkers will enjoy the coastal paths along from Bedruthan Steps to explore the immediate area which is known for its "seven bays for seven days." The beautiful Porthcothan Bay is less than a mile away and the long sandy surfing beach at Watergate is also close by. Enjoy a culinary experience with the property being roughly a 15 minute drive to both Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant as well as Rick Steins Padstow.

There is so much to see and do in the area with attractions to suit all tastes which include Newquay Sealife Aquarium, Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park and much more. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food or simply relax in the large enclosed gardens overlooking the fenced pond with a BBQ.
