The villa is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and each level is self-contained making it ideal for larger groups. Outside there is ample space for everyone to come together and enjoy the stunning sea views from one of the many terraces, lounge in the shade of a huge Mediterranean oak tree, soak up the sun around the pool, or enjoy a meal on the rustic ‘taverna’ dining terrace. The sandy beach at Villammare is only 600 metres away, and it is ideal for long walks - following the coast you can reach the town centre in 10 minutes. Surrounded by a big enclosed garden, it is the perfect accommodation for families with children.

Well equipped kitchen with dining table for 10, French doors to terrace and steps down to 'taverna' style covered outdoor dining area with summer kitchen and dining table.

The living room at the ground floor is large, bright with great views in which there is a working fireplace, perfect for those who wish to stay also in the colder months!

On the south side of the living room is the patio also panoramic with stone arches which offer a picturesque view of the surrounding area. The spacious kitchen also with a sea view is ideal for preparing tasty meals!

Down a small set of rock stairs, you will find the “Taverna” or barbecue area, furnished in true rustic style, all in local stone and chestnut wood with magnificent views of the Mediterranean countryside which is perfect for a wonderful evening meal when you can sample and digest at your leisure the delicious grill prepared on the barbecue. Ground floor is not air conditioned because it is naturally cooler than the other floors due to the big oak tree at the south front of the villa and to the big porch made of stone.

From £3,500 to £6,500 per week, based on 10 guests.

Maid service included: 4 hours maid service per day, 6 days per week.

Minimum stay: 7 nights. More flexibility outside summer months.

There are many historical sites to visit from the monastery at Padula to the temples of Paestum and the abandoned village of San Severino di Centola. Natural sites include, Mount Cervati, WWF oasis of Morigerati, Hair of Venus waterfalls and Grotte di Pertosa caves among many others.
