Ashleigh House is ideally suited for groups of 20 to 26 people who can hire the property exclusively for family celebrations, group holidays, special events, conferences, hen parties or any other special occasion.
This is a stunning exclusive retreat, where guests will want for nothing. Extensive private grounds with a hot tub completes the relaxing lifestyle.
There are 12 spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It has a very large drawing room with a large plasma TV and Sky, a formal dining room seating 26, a spacious sitting room, a games room, a snooker room with a full size table, a delightful sun lounge, a library and a well-equipped, farmhouse-style kitchen. A large south facing patio with the most stunning views.
Walking is an absolute delight here, with an abundance of wildlife, historic tracks and a canal towpath on the doorstep, and a local pub and gourmet restaurant only five minutes’ walk away. Many groups like the extra luxury of booking caterers, entertainments and beauty therapists all of which can be arranged for special events.
In short, everything you require is provided. You just need to turn up, enjoy yourself and most importantly, relax!
The focal point of the house is the large lounge/cinema room which has a plasma screen TV with Sky and five leather recliner sofas. The dining room table seats 26 in comfort. Other reception rooms include a snooker room with a full size snooker table, a games room which has a piano, seating and another TV/DVD player a drawing room (bedroom 11 sofa bed sleeps 2 ground floor), a study with desk and chair + single bed (ground floor bedroom 12).
The kitchen caters admirably for very large groups cooking together. It has a breakfast table, 4 cookers, 3 microwaves, 2 large fridges + 3 further fridges, freezer/washing machine, tumbler dryer etc.
