Chateau de Cazenac, France
Chateau de Cazenac is a stunning castle with two large cottages that are set against the stunning backdrop of the Perigord Noir region in south west France. The castle sits proudly atop a hill and has incredible panoramic views across open countryside. Large families and big groups will adore the wide open space for children to roam and for long walks and garden drinks parties before dinner. The estate includes two cottages so can sleep up to 50 in total although the castle sleeps 30. It has all the mod cons despite being so old and has been sympathetically restored by loving owners who have decorated it with a wonderful mix of modern and antique styles.
The seclusion of this chateau is what sets it apart as a haven for groups who want to relax and enjoy each others company. Families would get a lot out of this holiday with lots of space for the children as well as swimming pools on the estate and plenty of markets and gardens to explore locally. The whole chateau can be hired on a self catering basis but the owners are happy to arrange a chef to make your stay more relaxing and typically and authentically French. What better way to take in the country than to have a chef to treat you to all the local specialities?
