A fantastic spacious property, perfect for a holiday with family or a group of friends, boasting the luxury of a private hot tub and access to shared facilities within the holiday complex. Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, as well as a children’s outdoor play area, all included in the cost of the holiday. Within the complex, there is also a restaurant, bar, salon, fishing lake, wakeboarding lake and artificial wave machine. Venturing outside of the resort, a visit to the beautiful harbour town of Padstow (7.5 miles) is a must. Here you can sample the delights of amazing seafood restaurants, cafes and traditional pubs. There are also numerous stunning sandy bays and beaches to explore in the area, such as Trevone Bay and Porthcothan Beach which are just 8 miles away, and great for families, surfers and walkers.

Enter this stylish three-storey home and you will find yourself on the first floor. Take the stairs down to the bright lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen. With three large comfy sofas and doors opening onto the decking area, there's plenty of room to relax and watch a film together or enjoy a meal around the dining table. A convenient cloakroom with WC is situated on this floor, too. On the first floor are two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (can be made into twins on request) and both with en-suite shower rooms and TVs. One of the bedrooms has doors opening onto a balcony where you can enjoy the lakeside views. Heading upstairs to the second floor, there are two further super-king-size bedrooms both zip-and-link beds (can be made as twins on request), both en-suite and one with access to a private balcony with outdoor seating and views over the lake.

Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture where you can relax on the private patio in your own bubbly hot tub. Or cook up a treat and dine alfresco whilst enjoying the beautiful countryside views.

We had a fantastic week staying at the property. The location provides excellent access to both North and South Cornwall and the property was very spacious and comfortable.

Lovely property with the following comments: - The tv service was glitching for the full week and no one resolved it despite mentioning it at reception. Without a fire stick we would have had no in house entertainment - it is advertised as pet friendly but with cream carpets and no where to dry the dog after walks we were constantly cleaning - Read morethe beds which are all singles made into kings were uncomfortable and the bases were not fastened together meaning you tend to fall through the middle at night. Exellant place to stay . Spacious rooms, lovely location over looking the lake .The only thing I would recommend is more cooking equipment e.g frying pans, baking trays . Would definitely return.

An excellent property in a very good location for visiting the local attractions. Exceptional clean especially given that its a dog friendly property. No stray dog hairs in sight!! Good site with plenty of activities available.
