The first floor has views of the stunning Llanbedrog beach with colourful beach huts and shallow water, ideal for families and just 0.5 miles away. Explore Llanbedrog, which has two pubs, a shop, the café, and art gallery Plas Glan y Weddw and a beach bar, all within 0.2 miles of the property. Starting at Plas Glan y Weddw’s, wander through the woodlands in the grounds (0.2 miles away) up to Mynydd Tir-y-Cwmwd headland to really appreciate the beauty of the area. Soak up the stunning views over Cardigan Bay and keep a lookout for the distinctive Tin Man Sculpture. For a chance to spot local wildlife, such as dolphins and seals, walk the coastal path to the lovely seaside resort of Abersoch (3 miles in one direction) or to Pwllheli (4 miles the other way), where there’s a variety of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurant to visit.

The house offers open plan living with a stunning modern kitchen, a spacious dining area with space for everyone to gather at mealtimes or play board games, and a comfy living room for relaxing in front of the TV. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double room with ample storage, and a funky triple room with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 (with a double bed on the bottom). There’s also a bathroom with a bath and a shower over on this floor. Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms; both are doubles and have stunning sea views. The second bathroom is on this floor, with a luxurious walk-in shower.

The large, enclosed garden has a raised gravel area and a big lawn with a picnic table to enjoy drinks together in the sunshine. There’s also a garage, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and has storage space for bikes, prams, or surf boards, and sun loungers for using in the garden.
