This beautiful property gives friends and family the opportunity to spend quality time together, whether that be to celebrate a special occasion or simply to catch up after some time apart. The rural location in Staffordshire offers a peaceful retreat, with access to some excellent walking trails straight from the front door. For golf lovers, be sure to pack your clubs as there are 9 golf clubs within 10 miles of the cottage including Perton Park (3 miles), Wrottesley Golf Club (0.8 miles) and Penn Golf Club (6.6 miles). Take a day trip out into Shropshire with its quaint market towns and villages, the Wrekin (17 miles) for breathtaking scenery and the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Ironbridge (13 miles) being a must-visit. Take a day trip out on the Severn Valley Railway from Bridgnorth (14 miles), a heritage steam railway that winds through the picturesque Severn Valley stopping at idyllic stations along the way.

The property sits on spacious, well-kept grounds and is equipped with incredible facilities. Make your way into the main house and into the spacious hallway where you can kick off boots and take off coats following a lovely countryside walk. The large lounge/diner is stylishly furnished with ample seating on comfortable sofas, a wood burner for the cooler months and a large Smart TV. The dining table will comfortably seat your whole group and makes this space perfect for a family get-together. Head back through the hall and into the exquisite kitchen, which has everything you need for a self-catered break away. There is a large breakfast table, which is perfect if you are travelling with children, and a sofa with another Smart TV. This is another room that is perfect for social groups with plenty of space for friends to sit together with a glass of wine whilst someone is cooking up a storm in the kitchen. To the rear of the kitchen is a large utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Make your way up the staircase and you will find four bedrooms that are split over the second and third floors of the house. All the rooms are spacious and have been carefully designed to ensure a relaxing night's sleep. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a super-king-size bed and a Smart TV along with its own en-suite bathroom. There are a further three bedrooms on this floor, two doubles that both have Smart TVs, and a single. There is a further shower room on this level. Continue upstairs and you will find the fifth bedroom, which is an inviting double, along with a separate bathroom. There is a sixth bedroom off the bathroom upstairs which has a desk area and TV with an Xbox series X and Playstation 5.

Make your way back outside through the front door and directly opposite you will find the real highlight of this property. The building is home to a stunning indoor pool, sauna and steam room along with changing room facilities including a shower. A Sonos music system is connected throughout this building and the main house, making this property a fantastic choice for small celebrations and parties. Next door to the pool is the fantastic games room. There is a full-length professional-grade snooker table, arcade games machine and darts board. Make use of the bar fridges and get competitive on the table whilst keeping an eye on the others who are relaxing in the pool. The quality continues around the back of the property and into the garden, accessed through the kitchen and lounge/diner, with a fantastic outdoor kitchen area. Make use of the wood-fired pizza oven or pop some steaks on the inbuilt gas BBQ. There are more fridges to keep your drinks cold and a sink. This lovely house is even better than it looks in the photos. So well equipped, even air fryers and an ice machine. So clean, very comfortable. Perfect for our family holiday. Weather wasn't great, but the pool was warm and games room was great.

Outstanding property, beautifully presented and so well equipped throughout. The Spa and games facilities were the icing on the cake; our family loved the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, snooker table, arcade machine and darts. We loved using the outside pizza oven too. What an an amazing place to stay with three generations of our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding. Beautiful home in lovely surroundings. The pool and the games room are amazing. We spent the majority of our time in there. It was difficult to get the younger members of the family into the house for mealtimes. We also loved the sauna, steam roomRead more and snooker table.
