Sleeping eight guests, and also welcoming a couple of contented canines, this single-storey, four-bedroom retreat enjoys exceptional outside space, with views out across the fields. From here, head to the coast at Mablethorpe to spend time on the sand, enjoy traditional seaside activities or walk the England Coast Path. Plan trips out into the beautiful, rolling countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds, with its many footpaths and trails for keen walkers and cyclists.

Pull up in front of this rural hideaway and let yourselves in to discover generous accommodation to suit an extended family or perhaps two families together. Make your way into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to relax, discuss your holiday plans and cook and dine together. Lay a fire in the double-sided wood burner to bring a cosy warmth to the space during the cooler months or pull the doors open on to the garden when it is sunny and warm. Find a film to watch together on the Smart TV and decide whose turn it is to prepare the next meal in the modern kitchen space. Find you have a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer here to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Widely acclaimed to be a foodie town, this is also the perfect place to stock up on locally sourced provisions to prepare at home. While you are here, spend time at Spout Yard, with its outdoor theatre, or the town’s museum. Plan an array of walks through the Lincolnshire Wolds. Head off into the chalk valley of Hubbard’s Hills, 6.5 miles away, where you can picnic and walk by the river, or visit Red Hill Nature Reserve, 11 miles away, with its disused quarry that was known for its red chalk.

Fantastic house, comfy beds, relaxing lounge and spacious dining room. The kitchen was well equipped. The highlight for us was the outside space with the wood burner, fabulous evenings sipping wine, watching stars and having quality friend time. The house is close to the coast and we managed a morning out at Donna Nook watching the seals and their Read morenew born pups, amazing. Louth is a beautiful town with many independent shops and cafe's. A trip to Lincoln is a must to see the Cathedral. Hide

Superb, spotlessly clean with everything you'll need. Lots of space, bedrooms are great, especially the larger double. From the very beginning Georgina the host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Especially as we had 2 disabled adults. Nongoby had everything we needed for 4 children under 12, 2 adults and 2 pensioners. Lots of space to have your quite time if needed. Lots of games to play for the chilRead moredren. We have just spent a wonderful week at Nongoby. We were 2 couples and 2 dogs. The cottage is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The most important thing for us though was the safe and secure garden for the dogs. It was perfect! There is a gate at the entrance and once that is shut the dogs could roam free in the garden. Absolutely loved our time out here. So relaxed and spacious. It was extremely hot the week we was there so I couldn't venture out much with hubby n wheelchair and the dogs , so spent a good few days reading and looking out at the peaceful countryside. The bungalow was the best equipped place I have ever stayed in. Perfect for children with games toys bikes and the biggest trampoline in the field adjoining. Lovely outdoor space very roomy inside. You can't go wrong - lots of space and really well equipped, and in a nice quiet location with restful views out of the windows. Our group consisted of five adults, three young children and a dog, and we were able to share the house happily without getting in each other's way. We had a great stay at Nongoby. We were a party of 7 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was lovely and warm and very well equipped. It was secure for the dog and there was plenty of area for him to roam safely round the property grounds. There were open fields to the rear, which you could look out on from the Read moredining room, which had large doors both sides so was very light. It was just a 10 minute drive to Louth for an Aldi and Morrisons. We would return. Hide

Lovely large, well equipped cottage. Very clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage had everything we need for our stay. There were a few lovely, well signposted walks directly from the cottage. Love to return in the summer so we can sit outdoors and enjoy the countryside views with a glass of wine!

A beautiful holiday house. It gave us so much space indoors and outside. We saw the barn owl as we enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire on. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped bungalow, which was beautifully decorated for stay over Christmas. Great location with a co-op, pub and play park within walking distance and the coast just a short drive away. We loved watching the birds, sheep and horses from the bottom of the garden over breakfast.

We have stayed in many self catering properties but this one beats them all. As there were only three of us so we had space to spare, and my wife could wheel in her wheelchair All around the house.

What a wonderful 'cottage' to get together for a family celebration! It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The garden furniture area was perfect for breakfast in the nice weather. The self contained bedroom suite was perfect for our son and daughter-in -law with their baby.
