Less than 500m from the beach, and with shops, cafes and restaurants all approximately the same distance away, the generous retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience and access to outdoor activities.
Make your way up the external staircase to the terrace and front door of the house. Find yourselves in a bright, inviting, double-fronted lounge where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts after each of your busy days out. Watch the Smart LCD TV in here if you choose, read your book or discuss your plans for the following day. Amble through to the kitchen/diner to put the kettle on for a cup of tea and slice of Welsh bara brith sourced locally. Decide whose turn it is to make dinner tonight and set the table for a grand feast. Put towels and beachwear through the washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjacent utility room. As night falls, head up to the family bathroom for a long bath and then a little further up to the first floor, where there is a children’s bunk room, with 3ft beds, and two double bedrooms. An inviting king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and some restricted head height due to its attractive sloping ceiling, is on the top floor. Wake up in here to beautiful waterside views. Head downstairs to make a cup of fresh coffee in the machine to carry out on to the terrace in front of the house or up some steps and into the courtyard garden at the back, where you can also BBQ on warm days. Those staying here will receive two permits for car parks in the village, including one that is 500m from the property.
