Or Happy St David’s Day from The Big Domain! To celebrate the day for the Patron Saint of Wales, we thought we’d celebrate our wonderful selection of large properties in Wales and Wales party houses.

To the North, Wales is typified by its sweeping mountain ranges and the stunning and unspoilt landscape with its scattering of ancient castles. The beautiful Isle of Anglesey is surrounded by the tumultuous Irish Sea and it is here that you’ll find a real castle for your dream holiday in Wales. Plas Rhianfa is the epitome of luxuriance and opulence, sleeping 42 guests, each of the bedrooms, the four reception rooms, and Grand Hall are all lavishly decorated. And access to your own private beach offering stunning views, is the icing on top of the sumptuously decorated cake!

Towards the South, you’re close to Wales’ two big cities Cardiff and Swansea. Coast meets countryside stretching out towards the Beacon Beacons, and the traditional seaside resorts are coupled with the cities’ vibrant nightlife. Our South Wales properties reflect the area’s beautiful contrast, ranging from chateau-esque country houses, to huge 17th Century farmhouses, to Georgian Mansions.

The peace and tranquillity of Welsh Borders make for the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. You can all get together an enjoy some of the best walking and cycling routes the UK has to offer, there are also some renowned Golf Courses to take advantage of in the area. The The Beeches and the Willows Lodge is in the very heart of Wales and perfect for a relaxing country holiday. Or for something a little bit different try the The Great Hay Barn, a converted grain silo set within its own grounds and offering views toward the Black Mountains.
