Availability for February half-term

February Half term is on the horizon so we thought we’d help out and let you know which properties are available for rental over this period!

England:

Riverside at Helford, Cornwall is available from 10th - 17th or 17th - 24th February at a weekly cost of £1,200, 3 nights at £600 and 4 nights at £725. Sleeping up to 16.

Halzephron House, Cornwall is available from Friday 10th February or Saturday 11th February for £1,950 for the week. Sleeping 12 + 2 on sofa bed.

Tregulland Cottage and Barn, Cornwall is available for the half term week with 20% discount now at £5,280 for the week. Sleeping 24.

Trefreock Farmhouse, Cornwall is available from Thursday 16th - Mon 20th February at £950 or a week from Thurs 16th or Sat 18th February at £1,600. Sleeping up to 16.

Lower Northcott Farmhouse, Cornwall is available from Friday 10th - 17th Feb at £2,400 for the week. Sleeping up to 17.

The Vean, Cornwall is available from Monday 13th January for 4 or 5 nights from £82 per person per night. Sleeping up to 16.

Penpol, Cornwall is available from Friday 10th February for the week at £1,995. Sleeping up to 12.

The Old Vicarage Lee, Devon is available from 10th -17th February priced at £1,600 for the week. Sleeping up to 17.

Redland House, Devon is available from Friday 10th Feb now at £2,195 for 7 nights reduced from £2,600 or a 3 nights stay from Friday 10th February is now £1,950 from £2,200. Sleeping up to 22.

Hollands, Devon is available for the half term week at £1,075. Sleeping 14.

Ash Park, Devon is available for the half-term week from Friday 10th February priced at £1,627 for 12 (£1,355 for ten guests).

The Quarry, Devon has availability from Mon 13 Feb to Mon 20 Feb for midweek, weekend or a week’s stay at the reduced prices of £1,200 for a mid-week break, £1,200 for a 3 night weekend break and £1,600 for a week’s stay. Sleeping up to 13

Old Sail Loft, Devon is available for the weekend at £750.00 or the week at £950. Sleeping up to 14.

Western Waters, Devon is available from 10th – 17th February priced at £2,300. Sleeping up to 12.

Higher Wiscombe, Devon is available from Friday 10th February to Friday 17th February with The Old Winery sleeping 20 reduced to £2,595 and The Flint Barn that sleeps 6 priced at £655. Allowing a party of up to 26.

Westcott Farm, Devon has Higher Westcott (£895) and the Dairy (£715) available for the half-term week.

Huntsham Court, Devon for 3 days and 2 nights it would be £8,500 for 54 people and £7,500 for up to 44 guests we can close off the top floor and charge £7,500.

Berry House, Devon is available from 10th Feb to 16th Feb at £4,750 or just £2,750 for the weekend (10th-13th). Sleeping 24.

Broad Downs Farmhouse, Devon is available from Friday 10th February for 7 days and the rental cost is £1,508, a shorter break is also available from £1,056. Sleeps 14.

Hartpiece, Devon is available for the week commencing 10th Feb at £2,097 and for the long weekend from 17th February at £1,888. Sleeping up to 22.

Harbour Watch, Devon is available from 10th Feb for a week at £2,500. Sleeping up to 14.

Little Barton, Devon has both Little Barton Farmhouse and Cottage available for half term. The price for a week in the farmhouse would be £1,000 and in the cottage £450 - so £1,450 for both.

Broadwood Farm, Somerset is available from Friday 10th February, price now reduced to £1,850! Sleeping up to 15.

The Duchy (Prince Charles Townhouse in Bath), Somerset is available from the 13th to the 16th February for three nights from only £1,500 for the whole stay. Sleeping up to 16.

Rumwell Park Estate, Somerset is available for £1,600 or £100 each for the week from Saturday 11th February. Sleeping 16.

Lower Hedge Farm, Somerset is available for the half term week from Friday 10th Feb for 7 nights. Price was £2,250, and is now £1,950! Sleeping up to 12.

Cross Tree House, Somerset is available from 13th -17th Feb for £800. Sleeping up to 19.

Northmoor House, Somerset is available from Monday 13th Feb for a week at £2,000 or the weekend from 17th Feb at £1,800. Sleeping up to 24.

Widcombe Grange, Somerset is available from 10th Feb to 17th Feb at £4,950 or just £2,750 for the weekend (10th-13th). Sleeping 24

Chaffeymoor Grange, Dorset is available from Friday 10th Feb: 2 night weekend @ £2,500.00 inc. vat (reduced from £3,500.00), 3 nights @ £2,800.00 (reduced from £3,950.00), 6 nights @ £3,800.00 sleeping up to 24.

Hackeridge Farm, Dorset is available from Saturday 11th February for the week for £1,950. Sleeping up to 12.

Symondsbury Manor, Dorset is available from Friday 10th to Friday 17th February at £240 per person for the week. Sleeping up to 23.

Springfield House, Dorset is available for the week from 10th February at £3,250 for the 7 nights or £2,500 for the weekend. Sleeping up to 14.

Burggraaf, Dorset available for the week from 10th February due to a cancellation. £229pp for 12 people.

General Stores and Malt House, Gloucestershire is available for 7 nights for £3,400 reduced from £4,000. There are also additional units for £1,000.00 for the full week bringing the total group size up to 35, or they can let individual units.

Tythe House, Gloucestershire has all of their cottages available from Monday 13th - Friday 17th February. Sleeping 16.

Rentamanor, Isle of Wight is available from 11-18th February at £3,750. Sleeping 24.

1908 Lodge, Hampshire has wing 1 is available from Monday 13th and a mid-week 4 night stay is £1,100 or a weekend stay from 17th is £1,250 for 2 nights. Sleeping up to 19.

Fosse Farmhouse, Wiltshire February half-term! Monday 13th - Sunday 19th inclusive. 3 cottages sleeping 16 7 nights self-catering: £2,990 - last minute price £2,500! Any 3 nights self catering £1,770 - last minute price £1,500!

Poplars Farmhouse, Sussex is available from Monday 13th February for a 4 night midweek break for 14 or a three night weekend is £1,500, or £2,100 for a week. An extra four can stay in the Annex making 18 in total for £240 or £315.

Northfields House, Sussex is available from Monday 13th – Friday 17th February for a mid-week break. Price for those 4 nights would be £3,000.00 inc VAT. Sleeping up to 28!

Great Tangley Manor, Surrey is available from 10th -17th February at a rate of £1,800 including VAT for a minimum 2 night stay, based on 10-12 staying on a self-catered basis. A week costs £3,955 including vat.

Absolute Pleasure Motor Yacht, Greater London is available from 12th February for 7 nights at a cost of £6,000. Sleeping up to 12.

14 Mount Pleasant Road, Greater London is available for £2,500 for the week from Saturday 11th February. Sleeping up to 12.

The colloquy, Herefordshire is available for the week at £3,500. Sleeping up to 23.

Lemore Manor, Herefordshire can offer a mini break for 30 or 38 guests. The 13th - 19th February is on offer for just £4,000 (reduced from £8,000) for the Manor house and £950 for the Coach House if needed. The manor house sleeps 30 in 15 beautiful bedrooms and the coach house sleeps 8.

Tempsford Mill, Bedfordshire is available from Saturday 11th February for 5 nights from £6,500. Sleeping up to 18.

Ashleigh House, Warwickshire is available from 11th February for 7 nights at £3,999. Sleeping up to 33.

Arden Hill Farm House, Warwickshire is available from 11th February for 7 nights at £3,495. Sleeping up to 16.

The Olde Rectory, Whitbourne, Worcestershire is available at £3,470 for 7 nights during half term. Sleeping 14.

Beau Castle, Worcestershire is available from Saturday 11th February for 5 nights from £6,500. Sleeping up to 14.

Bruisyard Hall, Suffolk is available from the afternoon of the 13th Feb to 19th Feb at a rate of £2,500. Sleeping 20.

Pettistree House, Suffolk is available for 4 nights from Monday 13th at £2,950. Sleeping 30.

Orlando, Suffolk is available from February 10th at £1,800. Sleeping up to 14.

Chaucer Barn, Norfolk is available from Monday 13th for 6 nights at £2,853.75. Sleeping up to 18.

Morley Old Hall, Norfolk is available from Saturday 11th February for 5 nights from £3,100. Sleeping up to 16.

Happisburgh Manor, Norfolk is available from Saturday 11th February for 5 nights from £3,900. Sleeping up to 16.

Blo Norton Hall, Norfolk have 2 barns available from Saturday 11th February, one sleeping 8 and the other sleeping 6, the larger barn can occupy all 14 guests for dining. 1 week in Virginia barn sleeping 8 is £750.00 and 1 week in Duleep barn sleeping 6 is £560.00

Elton Old Hall c1668, Peak District is available from Monday 13th February with a 50% Sale – 4 For 2 Nights at £1,485 inclusive. Sleeping up to 14.

Mermaid Inn, The Peak District has a 4 night midweek break available from Monday 13th February now reduced to £2,500. Sleeping up to 34.

Knockerdown Farm Holiday Cottages, Peak District is available from Monday 13th Feb, in all 4 cottages: Willow Barn and Meadow View at £1,000 per cottage, Sunshine £870 and The Nether Burrows Farmhouse at £750 for a 4 night break.

Stanley House, Cumbria is still available over the half term week and the rate starts at £2,300 for 3 nights and £4,000 for 7 nights. Sleeping up to 30.

The Terrace Windermere, Cumbria has Alice Howe available for the full 7 nights from Friday 10th Feb, price was £1,890 and is now £1,690. Mid-week break from Monday 13th Feb for 4 nights is only £750. Boston House is also available for a weekend break from Friday 10th for 3 nights was £1,470 now £1,270.

Gossel Ridding, Cumbria is available from Saturday 11th February at £8,250 for the week. Sleeping up to 14.

Giggleswick School, Yorkshire is available from 11th-18th February at £42 per head full board for up to 200 people.

Wales:

Pentrehobyn Hall, Flinshire is available from Saturday 11th February, the cost to hire the hall for one week would be £5,250. Sleeping up to 14.

Felin Newydd House, Brecon Beacons is available from 10th February at £4,250.00 for the week. Sleeping up to 18.

Castle Farm, Abergavenny is available availability for 4 nights from 13th February. The farmhouse is £510, barn is £400 and cottage is £250 for up to 28 people.

Great Hay Barn, Powys is available for 18 - 20 people from Saturday 11th February for a week at £2,995.

Treowen, Monmouth is available from Monday to Friday at a cost of £1,780. Sleeping up to 35.

Eriviat Hall, Conwy is available from Saturday 11th February for 6 nights at £6,750 for 28 people.

Plas Glansevin, Carmarthenshire has both the Coach House and Mansion available with a 30% discount. Sleeping up to 60.

Scotland:

Aldourie Castle Estate, The Highlands is available from Friday 10th February for a 3 or 5 night stay. A 3 night stay is £12,000+vat for exclusive hire and a 5 night stay is £15,000+vat for exclusive hire. Sleeping up to 43.

Ackergill Tower, Caithness is available for 5 nights from £29,300. Sleeping up to 52 people.

France:

Chateau du Chiron, Limousin is available for the week commencing 11th February and the price is £2,220.00. Included is a welcome meal for the first evening including wine. Sleeping up to 15.

Les Hantes, Seine-et-Marne is available from Saturday 11th February at €2,500 for the week. Sleeping up to 14.

Chateau du Mont, Normandy is available for half-term for €4,500 per week for the chateau up to 16 people and is 5% more for 16 or 18 people. Whilst the farmhouse is €1,500 for up to 10 people.

Arnauton, Gascony is available for £1,500 for the half term week. Sleeping 16.

Mas Cagnet, Gard is available from Friday or Sat 11th Feb for the week at £2,600 self-catering. Sleeping 14.

Chateau de Detilly, Loire Valley is available for euro 7,100.00 sleeping up to 19 people and if the Coach House is required it is euro 1050.00 for a week.

Chateau de la Place, Charente-Maritime is available from February 10th or 11th at £2,750 for the week. Sleeping up to 22 guests.

Chateau Canet, Languedoc-Roussillon has 3 cottages available for half-term: Chardonnay (sleeps 10) is 1,200€ for the week, Cinsault & Syrah (sleeps 4) is 400€ for the week and L’Oliviere (sleeps 2) is 350€ for the week.

Domaine Escudes, Tarn-et-Garonne is available from Saturday 11th February for £3,500 per week plus heating supplement of 100 euros. Sleeping up to 14.

Chateau de la Couronne, Dordogne is available for a week commencing Saturday 11th February and the rate is 12,000 euros. Sleeping up to 26.

Castel Merle, Dordogne is available over the half term week for £2,500. Sleeping up to 12.

Ski chalets in France:

Le Chardon, Val d’Isere is available for 7 nights the chalet was £55,000 and is now £39,995. Sleeping up to 20.

Mistral, Val d'Isere is available for 7 nights the chalet was £39,000 and is now £29,995. Sleeping up to 14.

Italy:

Borgo San Biagio, Umbria is available from Saturday 11th February. Priced at £2,480 up to 10 people, £3,525 for up to 16 people and £4,290 for up to 20 people.

Spain:

Can Jan, Costa Brava is available from Saturday 11th February for one week. Priced at 2000 euros for up to 8, 3000 euros for up to 16 and 4000 euros for up to 24 people.

El Molino del Conde, Andalucia is available for the half term week at 3,450 Euros. Sleeping 24.

La Roca Rara, Costa del Sol is available from Saturday 11th February. The cost for 7 nights will be £3,000. Sleeping up to 18.

Almiral de la Font, Sitges is available from Saturday 11th February. The cost for 7 nights will be 8000 euros. Sleeping up to 28.

Morocco:

Villa El Boura, Marrakech is available from the 11th to the 18th February at £6,500. Sleeping up to 16.

South Africa:

Chelaya Country Lodge is available from 11th until 17th February. Main house sleeping 11 is R4500, add the courtyard suite for 2 people at R5500, the garden suite sleeping 4 people for R6000 and Garden cottage sleeping 4 for R950 per night.
