Group accommodation in the Welsh Borders

We have some of the best group accommodation, holiday homes and big houses in amazing locations across the Welsh Borders, featuring some of the finest scenery in the UK. Our group accommodation ranges from characterful cottages and charming townhouses to modern barn conversions and huge country houses. Within our collection, you will find party houses, family homes and houses that offer that little bit extra such as swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts

Start planning your group holiday in the Welsh Borders

Those with a specific interest in history might enjoy exploring the many ancient castles and ruins in the area, or glimpse into the Welsh Borders’ industrial past and spend an afternoon browsing one of the many museums. A visit to the ancient walled city of Chester is like stepping out of a time machine into a bygone era, where you can shop in the half-timbered galleries of the Chester Rows, explore the almost complete Roman walls, place a bet at the oldest racecourse and stroll around the oldest Roman amphitheatre in the UK, not to mention ogle at the impressive 1,000-year-old cathedral.

Just over the border, you'll find plenty to do in the counties of Shropshire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire. The picturesque town of Shrewsbury features over 600 listed buildings, while Hereford and Worcester boast their fair share of historic architecture and shopping opportunities. To the south of the Welsh Borders area is the Wye Valley where Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary connections and over 20 bookshops, can be found. The Wye Valley in South Wales is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with walking trails in abundance, as well as historic sites such as Chepstow Castle and Tintern Abbey to explore. Over the border into England is the Forest of Dean which is thought to have inspired JRR Tolkein’s mysterious forests, as well as scenes from the Harry Potter books.
